Nov/Dec 2008 SALE/LEASE Transactions Recently Completed in Montgomery County

APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS – Lansdale, PA announces the following transactions recently completed in Montgomery County: the sale of a 5,000 SF office building, formerly Wayne Slotter Realty at 628 W. Main Street in Lansdale to Niche Investments Limited, The Infonect Group, the Purchaser will use the building for IT Technology; the sale of mixed-use commercial property containing stores, offices and apartments at 305 W. Main St. in Lansdale from Robert Roma to Celso Leite, the Property has been recently renovated and is next to the new Lansdale Performing Arts Center; the sale of 247 & 249 E. High St. in Pottstown, a 20,000 SF mixed-use commercial, office and residential development project in the Historical District in Pottstown. APTCOR represented Warren & Janice Prince in the sale to Schreiner, LLC to pursue the conversion of the upper floors to residential units.

APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS has also leased a 5,000 SF day care facility at 406 Sumneytown Pike in Upper Gwynedd, formerly occupied by The Montgomery County Head Start & Easter Seals to Tony’s World Day Care Co. on a long term lease transaction. APTCOR represented Blue Bell Investments Limited, both the Owner of the Building and the Tenant in the transaction. Also APTCOR has leased a 2,000 SF second floor office area at 810 W. Main St. in Lansdale at Rt. 363 in the Village of West Main Complex adjoining the Walgreens and Starbucks tenants. APTCOR represented the building owner Pineville Lansdale Assocs. and Colliers L&A represented the Tenant, Maxim Health Care. APTCOR has also leased a 1,500 SF office at the APTCOR building at 414 W. Main St. in Lansdale to LightStream Group and the Tenant was represented by Gola Corporate Real Estate. The aforesaid transactions are valued at in excess of $2,600,000.
