The multi-tenant property in the heart of the Borough was purchased by S.A. Levin in a $1,000,000 project that included the lease back of part of the building to an affiliate of Seller, Daywitt Enterprises, LP. The landmark building was the former headquarters of builder Branch Valley Associates for many years and includes the offices of the Pennsylvania Society and two medical practices. An APTCOR affiliate Eagle Property Management, LLC will assume property management responsibility for the Property.
