Sale of the former Jomar Fabrics Building, a 20,000 SF facility, in Lansdale, PA

APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS announces it has sold the former Jomar Fabrics Building at 816 W. 2nd St. in Lansdale, PA, a 20,000 SF retail facility in the West Main Shopping District to Keeney Printing Co. The site had formerly been the Lansdale Discount House operated by the Levin family since 1952. APTCOR represented Mr. Levin, the Seller, and Coldwell Banker represented the Buyer.

APTCOR has also brokered the sale of the MBF Center at 25 E. Marshall St. in Norristown, PA. The 9,000 SF Office Building had been the site of a job training program run by MBF and law offices. The Property was purchased by the Norristown New Life Mennonite Church as an expansion of the adjacent church facility at Swede and Marshall Sts. Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented the Seller.

Both transactions represented over $1.55MM in value.
