APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS has consummated 3 Commercial transactions on Bethlehem Pike, Rt. 309 in Hatfield Twp., Montgomery County, PA. The deals represent over $3.7M in aggregate volume of sales and leases. At 252 Bethlehem Pike, H & F Realty has sold a 2 building, 54,000 SF commercial/industrial multi-tenant facility to ComFlex, LLC., a local group of investors organized by APTCOR. APTCOR also brokered multi-year leases at the 252 Bethlehem Pike property representing ComFlex, to Dogtown, USA who has leased 5,000 SF for a pet care facility; and at 285 Bethlehem Pike representing Nassau Development Co., to Roto Rooter Service Corp. who has opened their regional office in 8,000 SF.

In Green Lane, Montgomery Co., PA, principals of United Prison Equipment Co. have purchased a 5,000 SF office/flex building built on 5th Street in the Marlborough Business Park for the relocation of their offices from Pennsburg. APTCOR negotiated the build to suit agreement representing UPE and Yanan Development, LLC.

In East Greenville, Montgomery Co., PA, APTCOR has sold 404 Main St., a service station and convenience store purchased by East Greenville AKUL, LLC for $1,000,000.
