Eagle Property Management, LLC will launch as of April 1, 2007, Lansdale, PA

APTCOR COMMERCIAL REALTORS based in Lansdale, PA announces the spin-off of its property management accounts to an affiliate entity to be known as Eagle Property Management, LLC which will launch as of April 1, 2007. According to Alan Apt, CCIM, ALC, GRI, a co-founder and principal of Eagle, the business of commercial real estate brokerage and commercial property management services are best executed as separate entities with focus on each specialization. We felt we could improve our performance and growth in each sector by segregating the units, yet maintain the ability to couple management and leasing synergies between Aptcor and Eagle, in select assignments. Frank Platt, CCIM is a principal in Eagle and will be the Managing Member and Broker of Record of the company. Platt with 21 years of commercial real estate experience had most recently been with Trammel Crow Co. through their merger with CB Richard Ellis. He was responsible for property management services with the Bank of America account in PA and NJ. Both companies will operate from the Aptcor Building in Lansdale at 414 W. Main Street.
