Aptcor negotiates sale of 5,500 SF office building in Lansdale, PA

Lansdale, PA - March 5, 2003 - APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS has negotiated the sale of the 5,500 SF one-story office building located at 311 N. Broad Street in Lansdale, Montgomery County, PA. The property was sold by 311 N. Broad, LP to Community Housing Services (CHS), a non-profit agency providing housing initiatives in Montgomery County. The building had been occupied by the law firm of Ostroff, Villari and Kusturiss, PC which has relocated to the 8 Tower Bridge Building in Conshohocken. APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS represented both parties in the sale valued at $700,000. Part of the consideration was gifted to CHS by the law firm. CHS plans to use the building for its administrative headquarters.
