Skippack Township, PA - December 11, 2003 - Midway Associates, t/a Summit Real Estate Group has purchased a 32,000 SF Industrial and Office Complex at Cressman Road and Route 73 in Skippack Township, Montogmery County, PA. Fetterolf Corp., the Seller, has entered into a long-term leaseback of the facility. The Sale and Leaseback were negotiated by APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS and the combined value of the transaction exceeded $2,000,000.
