The site is the proposed relocation of Keystone Motors Volvo from Broad Street in Lansdale. Alan Apt, CCIM of APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS brokered the $1,250,000 transaction and represented both parties. APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS has also been appointed the exclusive agent for the sale of the existing 12,000 SF Keystone Motors building at 1250 N. Broad Street in Hatfield Township.
