West Norriton Township, Montgomery County, PA - August 21, 2002 - The Chateau Granieri has been sold to Vineeta, Inc. and BCRV Corp. for $1.3M. The purchaser will continue the use of the 30,000 SF facility as a 600-seat banquet hall and 25-room hotel. The Granieri family had owned and operated the property, located between Norristown and Valley Forge, since 1975. APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS represented both parties in the transaction.
